Cabinet-museum four times Hero of the Soviet Union Marshal Georgy Zhukov is located in “old” the building of the General Staff of the Armed Forces in Moscow.

The museum was opened in 1996 100-year anniversary of the great general.

В “House on Znamenka”, where at various times housed Cadet Corps, Alexandrov Military School, Higher controls the armed forces – Revolutionary Military Council, People's Commissariat of Defense, The Ministry of Defence of the USSR, Georgy worked in various positions with 1941 года по 1957 год (last post – Defense Minister).
